Aquatics Personal Training

Option 1: Beginner (call for appointment)
No swimming experience required. Work one-on-one using water resistance and equipment to help build strength, stamina, and endurance.
Option 2: Swimmer (call for appointment)
Work one-on-one using water resistance, equipment and swimming strokes to help build strength, stamina, and endurance.
Option 3: Athlete (call for appointment)
Are you training for an event? This option is for you. Improve your swimming stroke, stamina and endurance through a personally designed program just for you!
Option 4: Small Group (call for appointment)
Working out is better in a group! Taking small groups up to 5 participants to work in the water together using water resistance and equipment to help build strength, stamina, and endurance.
